27 02 2008
Well, I just filled out the Application for the Extreme Mustang Makeover Mission:007 Yearling Edition
That will be in Reno, Nev., August 15-16. This is just way to exciting. The Western States Mustang Challenge and now the yearlings man I hope I get in.
I am picking up my mustang for the Western States Mustang Challenge on March 8th. My Nephew Andy will be going with me to pick up his mustang at the same time. I cant wait to find out what we get, mare or gelding. When we get the horses I will try to do updates every couple of days so everyone can follow along with Andy and I on our mustang advancers.

WOW! I have a Blog

Hi everyone,

Thanks to my great friend, down the road neighbor and horse back riding partner,

I now have a blog all of my own, WOW!

Lets see how bad I can tweak it and make a mess out of thing, but if I do I know she will come to my rescue.
So let see, My husband and I live in a beautiful valley in the Trinity Mountains. Where I can walk to the Trinity river that is just behind my house and go fishing, pick apples from wild apple trees and ride my mustang in any direction I would like with out having to worry about being on privet property.
I currently have 5 horses, 1 burro, 3 goats, 3 house dogs ( Great Dane, Boxer and little half teacup Chihuahua and half Pekingese) 1 out side dog ( wolf ) and a very very fat house cat.
I was a trainer in the 2007 Extreme Mustang Makeover That was held in Fort Worth Texas and now I am a trainer in the 2008 Western States Mustang Challenge. My nephew Andy ( also a WSMC Trainer) and I will be picking up our new mustangs on March 8 in Sacramento California and we are both ready for this wonderful new adventure to begin.
I volunteer for the California Wild Horse and Burro program giving gentling demonstrations and helping to promote the magnificent wild mustang.
